What data do we collect?
EduGam collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone
number, social media accounts if provided.)
- Details on the difficulties you are experiencing .
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide EduGam with most
of the data we collect. Third parties may provide us with your information
should you agree with them to do so. We collect data and process data when you,
or a third party on your behalf:
- Completes our online referral form
- Provides the required information via other direct means such as
email, phone, social media.
How will we use your data?
EduGam collects your data so that we
- Contact you to discuss the problems that you are experiencing.
- Recommend solutions to the problems that you are experiencing.
- Continue to provide support.
- Accumulate statistical information (excluding personal data) on the
problems you are experiencing in order to improve the EduGam service and
where appropriate, contribute to national research and policy.
With your permission, EduGam will use
your data to assist with your:
- Self exclusion from gambling property’s.
- Self exclusion from online gambling websites.
- Install software on mobile device’s, tablet, computers (and any
other technology) in your ownership.
- Discuss the problems you are experiencing with professional support
(such as a counsellor)
How do we store your data?
EduGam securely stores your data using
HubSpot CRM services. Full details of how HubSpot protects information within

Where required, access to this information is controlled and limited to EduGam staff
and volunteers only.
EduGam will keep your personal data for
1 year following the end of your use of EduGam services. Once this time period
has expired, we will delete your data by removing all personal information
EduGam does not partake in marketing
directly to service users. Your statistical information (excluding personal
data) on the problems you are experiencing may be used within marketing
material and to improve the services EduGam provides. With your permission, EduGam
may use your story to assist in helping future service users.
